It's All Glorious Tearfire In the End

A few weeks ago, I expressed in writing a lament for a blog-a-thon. A lament for something to do, after the Ghiblog-a-Thon's success. And then I thought of something I could do, and I must say I'm kinda proud of it. Kinda.

I am formally announcing today The Endings Blog-a-Thon for December 27th through the 30th. What is it? It's exactly what it sounds. Throw complete caution to the wind, not care about the sensitivities of your readers and just talk about the climax(es) that you took notice of. Talk about them without any restraint. Get as spoilerish as you want. Delve into territory you've always meant to, but haven't, or have avoided.

Run the gambit. Everything from the truely comedic to the deeply tragic. Discuss the ones that ruined good movies, or made movies good. The maudlin, the freaky, the poetic and beautiful, the cold, the perfect endings that made you feel, positively or negatively. Do it with an essay, or a single image. Even rant about movies that didn't even really have one. Just let if flow, and especially don't hold back.
